General Do You Finish Games, or Just Move On?

Some people are still forcing themselves to complete games. For me, I don't have that kind of strength again. Once the enjoyment drops below 50%, I’ll uninstall straightaway. I prefer short games that are sharp and meaningful.

General Your Most Controversial Gaming Opinion

Online multiplayer has spoil many games. Everything now has to do with connection. Network will fail, server will lag, so there will be frustration everywhere. I prefer an offline experience any day.

General Are Game Reviews Still Worth Reading?

Reviews has turned into a business now, no honesty again. They don't want to offend the publishers. I remember buying one hyped game last year, I regretted it. Since then, I have only followed the community opinions.

General The First Game You Ever Got Obsessed With

Back then, one game could carry you into another world entirely. Now all we get are updates, patches and some headache. There was a football manager game that nearly made me fail my test, I wont lie. 🤣 That deep connection that make you lose your sleep is very rare now to be honest.

General What new games are you looking forward to?

My own eyes are actually on anything that won't waste my time. I don't even like to chase hype again. Once I see too much marketing, I suspect it immediately 😅. And from the way things are now, every game must justify itself. It doesn't matter if it's a small title, as long as it delivers...

General Marvel Rivals Leak Reveals Season 2 Map 'Arakko.'

I dont trust leaks again like before because half of them are guesswork. But if they are able to pull this one well, Marvel Rivals can still be relevant. These games need steady updates. If not, players will bounce.

General DOOM Just Got a New Campaign - From John Romero Himself

This is why legacy matters. Old games that are still very strong can still hold today. Not everything must be a shiny new release. People will still go for games that has value and soul.

General System Shock 2 Remaster Release Date Confirmed as 26th June!

Remasters is very sweet and so interesting but they are risky too. Sometimes it's the nostalgia that carries them. If they could polish the gameplay well, it can work. If not, it would just be an old glory.

General Keyboard & Mouse or Controller?

K&M is the king of precision, especially if you are playing competitive game. The controller is for chilling games. 🤣. For me, I don't think I have the strength to keep troubleshooting, especially after having a long day. So, I prefer K&M

General The Most Satisfying Gun in Gaming History

When it comes to guns in games, the sound design is everything. If the gun doesn't sound well when you fire it, it could break the immersion. It's as simple as that.

General The Golden Age of FPS Was When...?

Modern FPS is not all bad. Some still make sense, but the problem is oversaturation. Every year the same formula, same hype. If devs could take risk like before, things would be balanced.

General BioWare Is Basically Gone With Fewer Than 100 Staff Remaining

This is exactly why i stopped hyping studios like before. All these big names can just crash overnight. Today it's BioWare, tomorrow it's another one. Gaming industry now is business first, then passion later.

    General Dune: Awakening

It's quite interesting but I will advise that if you want to do it again, you need to choose wisely. MMO now is either grind or pay. They will hook you a little and then start demanding your time like it's a job. I once download one, after 3 days i uninstalled it

General Hogwarts Legacy Devs Are Hiring for an Online Multiplayer RPG

The multiplayer can be very successful if they focus on co-op and not competition. The problem is that most of the developers overdo monetization. If they keep it balanced, it would make sense.

General Which RPG Would You Want to Live In?

For me, I would pick any calm RPG area there is farming and peace. Adventure is sweet and very interesting, but to live inside it? nah.

General Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Whips its Way onto PS5

Talk is cheap but reality is a lot different. Optimization claims always sound nice till you start playing. 60FPS on paper does not mean stable experience for everybody. Especially if your setup is not top tier.

General DO NOT PLAY - Or Do Play. You Decide.

Liife already has enough mystery, I don't need one weird game to add to it😂. All this “something might happen” marketing is just a hype most of the time. If the game is not solid, they will know how to package it, to make it look nice. 😂

General Slitherine Celebrates 25 Years of Strategy

I think we should not overrate these “small studios” too much. Sometimes, they have a very loyal fans because the expectations are quite low, not because they are perfect. We all know that the big studios are busy chasing money and that is understandable because that same money is actually used...

General Death Stranding 2 Lets You Skip Boss Fights But With a Catch

The challenge is the whole point. If everything is easy, where is the satisfaction? I understand that time constraint very well, especially for people that are busy like me. but still, skipping the core parts feels wrong. Games should balance difficulty, not remove it entirely.

General Prototype 3 Might Actually Be Happening

I don't think all the old game needs a sequel. Sometimes they will just spoil the good memory we had. Prototype was fun, yes, but gaming has change. If they didn't do the needful properly, it will just feel repetitive.
